Replace, Refund & Repair Policy

RETURN POLICY

We understand that there are instances when you might change your mind about your purchases. Questyle Audio offers a 14-day Change of Mind Policy. To meet the conditions for this policy, products returned must be in “as sold” condition; this means that products must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging with complete accessories and instruction manuals supplied.

Return freight for products under the Change of Mind Policy is covered by the purchaser. Freight and/or shipping costs paid on the original invoice under the Change of Mind Policy are not refundable. Additionally, there will be a $20 re-stocking fee applied for all Change of Mind product returns; this will be deducted from your final refund.

Products that meet the requirements of the above-mentioned Change of Mind Policy will have the refund returned to the customer’s original payment method.

 

WARRANTY POLICY

Questyle offers a standard 12-month warranty on its products, unless otherwise stated in the related product materials on our website. The customer is entitled to a replacement or refund should a major failure occur during this warranty period, or should the product fail to meet acceptable quality standards. Should defects in the materials, components, and/or workmanship be identified within the specified warranty period, Questyle will decide between repairing or replacing the product.

 

AFTER-WARRANTY POLICY

Questyle products are designed to be long-lasting. They are made of durable materials that are robustly tested in our Reliability Testing Lab. The longer you use your device, the better for the planet and environment. If your device from Questyle is out of warranty yet needs repair, we offer our customers a paid repair service.

 

HOW TO USE THE PAID REPAIR SERVICE

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and its effects on international shipping and logistics, we temporarily cannot offer paid repair service to customers outside of mainland China. However, if you encounter any issues using an after-warranty Questyle product, please contact us at info@questyle.com and we will assist as best we can.

 

HOW LONG DOES A REPAIR TAKE

Within 2 weeks since of receiving the product, we will identify the specific problem. Normally, the repair process takes 5 working days; however, if the product needs to be returned to the factory for re-work, this process could take a month. In extreme cases, the repair process might take longer.

 

CAN SECOND-HAND DEVICES BE REPAIRED

As long as you can provide a receipt or invoice for the product, the original warranty for the product (and any replacements/repairs therein) remains valid. If a receipt or invoice cannot be provided, Questyle can only provide paid repairs.
