A: If the product you purchased falls under any of the following conditions, you are not entitled to warranty, but you can choose paid repair services. The specific cost is determined based on the product inspection results:
1) Exceeding the warranty period;
2) Damage caused by failure to use, maintain and store the product regardless of the instructions;
3) Damage caused by the non-official repairer
4) Without warranty card and valid invoice/receipt;
5)The content on the after-sale certificate is inconsistent with the product physical identification or altered;
6) The serial number is damaged or there are traces of alteration;
7) Natural consumption, wear and aging of consumable materials;
8) Scratches or damage caused by movement or falling;
9) Other damages which are not caused by product design, technology, manufacturing, quality and other issues;
10) Damage caused by force majeure.
