About how to purchase.

We provide free worldwide shipping on orders above $100. If for any reason the Questyle online store doesn’t support shipping to your address, please leave a message in the shop’s chat box and we will get back to you.

Receiving time=Processing time+Shipping time

Processing time: 3 Working Days.Shipping time: 5-7 Working Days.

Please note, that due to COVID-19, many shipping companies are prioritizing the shipments and receiving of emergency and necessary medical equipment. This could mean that your package maybe withheld with the shipping company for an extended period of time which would lead to longer wait times and delays. We hope you understand, as this is something completely out of our control.

Items ordered can only be delivered with an exact address .

Certain items have transportation restrictions, and cannot be shipped to some locations. Right now we cannot deliver to [undeliverable areas for all markets, e.g. Northern Ireland, Isle of White, Isle of Man, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Scilly Islands and Scottish Isles and so on].

Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. We cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.

Orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.

About after-sale services, including warranty, software downloads technique supports and other issues.

With a valid invoice/receipt and warranty card, users can have 1 year warranty recording to the terms. Products that do not meet the warranty requirement are not entitled to after-sales service, but customers can choose paid maintenance services. The specific cost is based on the maintain specification.

A: Within three working days since we received the goods, problems can be identified. Normally, the maintenance costs 5 working days, and it takes 1 month to return to the factory for repairing if necessary (the actual maintenance status shall prevail.)

If you can provide receipt or invoice, the product can be maintain within warranty. If the vouchers cannot be provided, a paid maintenance services would be provided by us.

According to the principle of "who sells and who is responsible for after-sales", please contact the merchant stated in the warranty card for repairs, replacements, and returns.

If you directly request Kuangshi Technology to provide after-sales service without notifying the sales organization, Kuangshi Technology has the right to refuse, but will do its best to cooperate with you to get in touch with the sales organization.

If the merchant refuses without reason or fails to provide after-sales service in time, please contact Kuangshi after-sales customer service, and we will decide whether to accept it after investigating the relevant situation.

A: If the product you purchased falls under any of the following conditions, you are not entitled to warranty, but you can choose paid repair services. The specific cost is determined based on the product inspection results:

1) Exceeding the warranty period;

2) Damage caused by failure to use, maintain and store the product regardless of the instructions;

3) Damage caused by the non-official repairer

4) Without warranty card and valid invoice/receipt;

5)The content on the after-sale certificate is inconsistent with the product physical identification or altered;

6) The serial number is damaged or there are traces of alteration;

7) Natural consumption, wear and aging of consumable materials;

8) Scratches or damage caused by movement or falling;

9) Other damages which are not caused by product design, technology, manufacturing, quality and other issues;

10) Damage caused by force majeure.
